Yesterday I got a taste of how incredibly special the holidays are going to be for our little family. I know she had no idea what was going on, but sharing it all with her was so sweet. Visiting with my side of the family, dinner with Leah’s Daddy’s family, Christmas lights, Santa…. It was a fantastic day, and it hints pretty strongly to me that it’s going to be the most wonderful time of the year.
A few pictures of Leah's first Thanksgiving:
visiting with family
swinging with her cousins
meeting Santa
bundling up (look at those mittens! and that hat! I’m so smitten!)
family pictures
Christmas lights

How sweet!
so many great memories to be made!
Yay for first Holidays! I can't help but think that Leah will enjoy hers more than NOelle. Though, Noelle was fascinated by all the new faces and attention yesterday.
And what are you guys doing in hats and gloves?!?!? Noelle wore a winter suit for the first time today--Black Friday, while Dave and I were out in sweatshirts to get our Christmas tree and I'm sure it's colder here than there!!! ;-P I must say, though, that those mittens of Leah's are worth donning winter clothing for despite warm or cool weather!!! P-r-e-c-i-o-u-s!!!
...and it only gets better
Leah is so cute! Happy holidays!
where did you go see lights? we're thinking of doing the thing out your way - the name eludes me right now. Is that where you went?
