A Happy Mother’s Day to you, and you, and you.

Happy Mother’s Day!

I never believed that being a mother could possibly feel as special and sacred as it does…even on the days when I’m covered in smashed bananas and crusted something-or-other and there’s a little person tugging at me who seems to need far more than I could ever give. This role of motherhood is phenomenal, and my prayer is that we’ll all always realize what a blessing we’ve been entrusted with, and that we will always be there for one another as we take on this challenge.

It is beautiful, and it makes me appreciate my own mom – and all the moms who have gone before me – so much more.

Mom, thank you for all that you are and all that you do and all that you provide. If I can be the mom to Leah that you’ve been to me, I’ll be content. You’re the absolute greatest, and I thank God for you.

How very very sweet! Being a mother to you and your sisters was the easiest job I've ever had. Yep. I can say that NOW!
I love all of you heaps.
Thanks for my Mother's Day.
