A temper tantrum, in its ugly stages:
Stage 1: Beginning to become unhappy with the state of the world. Things are just not okay anymore, and something must give.
Stage 2: Seriously. Things are not okay, and will not be tolerated any longer.
Stage 3: I’m unhappy, and it’s time you knew it in a very real way. (Mommy didn’t get pictures of this one. You’ll understand why in .000034 seconds.)
Stage 4: So there.
Yep. That’s right. Leah has taken to biting when she’s upset and/or frustrated. Not much fun for Mommy. I’m sure I’ll have more to say about that very soon. In the meantime…..pray for us.

Oh dear, I think it might be nap time haha (For either you or her)
ouch!!
Definitely sounds like nap time around here. I simply say... "Okay, it's time for bed" and I prance her tantrum-throwing butt into her room and put her in the bed and shut the door.
She sometimes cries for a few minutes, but I can't stand those tantrums. Ugh!
I didn't realize how common biting was until my bff's little girl was put on probation at day care! They said if she bit again, that would be it. She did, and they sure enough kicked her out. I think that phase was from like 15-18 months, then it passed.
I am glad I still get to read your blog even though I haven't seen you in a while... I would love to have a play date with you and Jessica Morris again sometime... let me know what works for you two, if Mondays at 10 isn't good.... I had a nephew who used to bit and we started biting him back ... that worked for him. Carson bit me once when I was still nursing him and I bit him back and he didn't do it anymore... Maybe it will work for her? I hope you find something that works, praying for yall -Christina
