Okay first I want to comment on your little joke on me with the "I'm not gonna blog" thing. Ha ha. You got me! I'm pretty gullible!
Secondly, YES, you do look like Gadget. She was always my favorite rescue ranger so that's a complement! I don't know, in the swinging picture--until after I commented and I looked at an enlarged pic of it--your nosed looked all cute and upturned and your face shaped like a heart and you looked a little like a cute cartoon character and chipmunk came to mind first. Then Gadget, but I realize she's a mouse so there goes the chipmunk idea. Maybe something more like a pixie or a fairy? But whatever. I love that you compared yourself with her! Man! My word verification is like in Manderin or something!
Ooops! which would be why I put it in wrong and now it's ranaglqg which has the Spanish word rana in it which is kinda cool...let's see if I can get this one...
I'm so thankful for you Jess! You always make me laugh. A Swiss derogatory term. "Are you a Brit? Does that offend you?" Ha ha ha! Did I mention I love you so much! How is it that I feel so close to you and yet we're so far away and almost NEVER hear each other's voices? And I think they're on to our excessive commenting. My word verifications are CONSISTENTLY longer than they used to be!
I'm guessing they wouldn't mind. I hope not cz Dave and I play it all the time and are about to do so for our new church as well. You know what, I KNOW they wouldn't mind because they provide the chords on the CD's you can buy from them if you put the cd in your computer. So YEAH, man, PLAY THAT FUNKY MUSIC WHITE GIRL!!!!
Thank you for joining me on my journey as I meander through life as a wife, mama, and - above all - follower of Christ. I don't claim to have it all figured out - in fact, I often loudly proclaim my cluelessness and beg for insight - but I enjoy learning and sharing my story as I go. It's all an adventure as we adjust to this world in which we've been placed, and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to share my heart and get to know others on the way. Visit once today or come back often. Either way, I'm glad to have crossed paths with you.
I would welcome your email! Feel free to contact me with questions, comments, suggestions for future posts, or just a friendly hello. I can be reached at AdjustingToTheWorld@gmail.com.
