Guess how much there is?

Ashley told me at church yesterday morning that I needed to go on eBay to look for different "Guess How Much I Love You" items. She told me that she had already done so, and saw gobs of different things there.

I did it today.

And then started random searches on the internet.

And it's so good....and so frustrating.

I really, really thought I had picked an original theme for our baby's nursery. I really did.

And, well.....I was wrong. There's everything anyone could ever want for their baby's room, and it's all so, so precious. Blankets and diaper stackers and onesies and drawer pulls.... There are even matching mother/baby outfits.

I'm sticking to my guns, though. I won't buy the whole set, packaged and fancied all up. I want it special and unique, with our own special touches. This just gives me more options, that's all.

I still love the theme, too. I promise to check with you before I get anything! But I still like the idea of using the valances with the stripe fabric. I think Quigley is going to feel very at home....and very loved.

I hate to be a pessimist, buuuuuut. One thing you will learn, be careful not to spend too much money on decorative things that's ultimate doom is to be puked and crapped and pissed on. When you buy the cheap stuff, you "don't" feel so bad when you "have" to throw it away because of the stain that "won't" come out.

Nursery shopping is such a thrill!! With Sissy I was having labor pains for about two days and I remember standing in what would be her room thinking, between contractions, I'd better hurry up! I got all her stuff at the thrift store. It was in beautiful condition too. Your nursery is going to be perfect because it was done with luv :P
